ABOUT US

Sandra Petko - Casting Director - Partner

A USC graduate, Sandra Petko, earned her bachelors degree in Theatre & Film and began her casting career in 2004.  Fast forward 15 years later, she has maintained her position as a Supervising Casting Producer for unscripted television for all the top networks such as NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX, MTV, VH1, E!, BRAVO, LIFETIME, OXYGEN, GSN and others. Sandra has cast over 100 reality shows, including recent shows like Mental Samurai, Lego Masters, Training Spaces, Misery Index, Labor of Love, Kate Plus Date, and The Millionaire Matchmaker and many more. She has managed large casting teams for high-volume shows and large open calls to smaller crews for the nuanced projects. She has deep files locally and nationally and won't stop until the job is done. Although Sandra has the ability to cast any show, her specialties are with game shows and dating series. It is Sandra’s eye for talent, story, and her relentless pursuit of new and unique television personalities that has made her an undeniable success in this industry.

Damon Collazo - Casting Director - Partner

Damon began his casting career working on a variety of shows such as ABC’s National Bingo Night, CW’s Beauty and the Geek to Vh-1s hit series Tough Love. He would eventually go on to run the casting department for Bravo’s long-running, iconic series The Millionaire Matchmaker. It was this show where he learned how to handle high-volume casting at a blinding pace. As Supervising Casting Producer, he recently helmed the casting department for the high-volume series “MENTAL SAMURAI” on FOX, along with more focused casting on the upcoming series for Lifetime — “BOSS MOMS”. Damon has also worked with production companies helping them cast and develop new talent for their pilots and turning them into series such as Discovery’s Gear Dogs and Twin Turbos and Marrying Millions on Lifetime. With over a decade of experience, there is very little Damon hasn’t cast — “It doesn’t matter how big or small the show, the goal is to find talent that’s ‘root-able’ and ‘pops’ off the screen and we work tirelessly ’til that goal is accomplished.”
