Damon Collazo - Casting Director - Partner

Damon began his casting career working on a variety of shows such as ABC’s National Bingo Night, CW’s Beauty and the Geek to Vh-1s hit series Tough Love. He would eventually go on to run the casting department for Bravo’s long-running, iconic series The Millionaire Matchmaker. It was this show where he learned how to handle high-volume casting at a blinding pace. As Supervising Casting Producer, he recently helmed the casting department for the high-volume series “MENTAL SAMURAI” on FOX, along with more focused casting on the upcoming series for Lifetime — “BOSS MOMS”. Damon has also worked with production companies helping them cast and develop new talent for their pilots and turning them into series such as Discovery’s Gear Dogs and Twin Turbos and Marrying Millions on Lifetime. With over a decade of experience, there is very little Damon hasn’t cast — “It doesn’t matter how big or small the show, the goal is to find talent that’s ‘root-able’ and ‘pops’ off the screen and we work tirelessly ’til that goal is accomplished.”
